Trusted Connectivity means you never have to second-guess reliability. That’s why every Brainboxes product comes with our Built for Life Warranty. If it ever stops performing as intended during its serviceable lifetime*, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge – shipping included.
We’ve kept our warranty simple: no hidden catches, no complicated small print. Just total peace of mind.
How it works
If your Brainboxes product isn’t working correctly:
- Contact [email protected] or fill in the support form.
- Our team will diagnose the issue (we aim to reply within 1 working day).
- If the product is defective, we’ll arrange return shipment and either repair or replace it** at no cost to you.
- Standard repairs average a 5-working-day turnaround once the product arrives at our repair centre.

The Small Print
* Lifetime definition: the serviceable lifetime of the product, defined as the longer of: (a) the period Brainboxes continues to manufacture the product plus five years, or (b) the period during which spare parts (components) remain generally available for repair.
** Whether a product is repaired or replaced will be decided by our expert Support Team, always with the goal of getting you back up and running as quickly as possible.
