The Brainboxes ES product range brings the benefits of fast data access and remote management to asynchronous serial devices by connecting them to the existing local network infrastructure within your organisation. Designed and built on-site with close collaboration between the hardware and software teams to deliver a product that is both user-friendly and has plenty of functionality.

The ES product range offers serial devices with support for the RS-232, RS-422 (Full Duplex) and RS-485 (Full & Half Duplex) serial port standards as well as network communication over raw TCP and Telnet. The supplied Windows drivers allow you to use any existing software that uses COM ports, without modification.

ES-446/457/420/413 are Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices which is a method that allows a single Ethernet cable to provide both data connection and electrical power to the ES devices. The devices are compatible to Power Over Ethernet IEEE802.3af. Brainboxes PoE range can also be powered via power supply for off-site configuration/setup (power supply available for purchase as optional accessory).
